Probably will let them do an estimate just so we have 3 to compare.

We asked for a small section to be leveled on the driveway. Robert, the owner, suggested a much…read morelarger area to correct the problem. Ending up being $3,000. During the work, the crew accidentally broke a concrete slab. Over the course of a year of being very patient, and several late and no-call no-shows, they decided to caulk and seal. I repeatedly asked for a slab replacement, but they kept saying, "Give this a chance." Danniel was very pleasant to deal with, but now it looks worse than before. Robert would never return my call or email. The cost to replace the broken slab is $6,000, and they feel that a $100 discount, free sealant, and caulking was sufficient.

The problem is when I contracted them to install a basement egress window. Very different experience here. I have tried to work with them on getting to a good conclusion, but i believe i am stuck with a shoddy looking window form the outside. Looks nice from inside at least. In short; -It took them much longer to finish once started than promised -My window well is crooked -The egress cover doesn't fit properly (looks haphazard) -My irrigation system is still leaking due to carelessness (not from the digging actually) Additional concerns; -Basement wall interior has many chunks missing from it now. (fixed) -Irrigation system cover damaged during backfill (dirt was just laid on ground, not on a tarp or piece of wood as I was told it would be). -Dirty/no post job clean up in basement. I removed the rubble myself, a mess still remains. -Instead of leaving the backfill dirt as promised, they took it all, so the soil around the window is depressed again. (still sinking and i have no backfill dirt) -My fence was not repaired properly from removal and damage done by backhoe. (fixed) -They tried to put the window in the wrong place. (caught in time)

Pedro was very responsive and communicated throughout the entire project. We had new concrete steps poured, a deck torn down/new patio poured, and an asphalt driveway torn up and new concrete driveway poured. Pedro and his crew (Danny and Eduardo, plus a couple of others as needed) did a wonderful job doing the very tricky and difficult demolition and prep work, removing a sinking brick patio, old under-awning slab (around the spa), and removing the old retaining wall, re-doing the wall footers, and forming and pouring a wonderful new patio for us. Pedro was attentive, on time, and listened carefully, patiently making sure that we got all of the details under control (we are very picky). He answered all of our questions and saw to it that the job was done to specs. Their pricing was not cheap, but better than our other estimates. When they finished, a contractor doing work next-door, who had been watching them work, came over and gave Pedro his card, and took his, and complimented their work. I have absolutely no problem recommending this company to do similar kinds of work.
