I was going to return that time and buy similar one for $15 more. They would not take it back. The manager we spoke to stated that was due to the way the package was open. Note the packaging was cardboard with plastic and was heavily glued. There was not neat precise way to open it. I do not believe there were any signs posted near point of purchase or on receipt.
