I called the local GMC dealership,to express my disappointment I spoke with the service mgr, he was very apologetic . lesson learned always check you own fluid levels . this could have ruined my transmission . thank you Jimmy and his team .

Everyone was too busy or didn't do that kind of thing. Called these guys like around 2:00pm. Yes we can do that and yes we have time this afternoon. Had a little trouble finding their shop - they are tucked away behind bumper to bumper - same building. Long story short / I was in and out in about 30 minutes and my headlights are NOT easily accessible but the mechanic figured out a short cut and had me out in short order. And their price was very reasonable. If you need some mechanical work I'd say this is the place to go. Also, I had my dogs with me and they graciously allowed me to pull my truck into the bay and wait in the truck while they made the repair. 10 months ago I purchased a full set (4 tires) from them. When I picked up the car I noticed that…read moreon the fender above the wheels it looked as if the paint on my car was extremely scratched. I asked them about it and they immediately got defensive and said it was like that before. I knew very well it wasn't. I brought my car back to work and then found out it's just the lubricant they had used to install the tires. I had to wash my car 3 times to get it off. I'm not sure why they were so sloppy with their work and/or why they couldn't just explain that to me then. About 5 months later I needed another new tire as I ran over a bolt and it damaged the side wall, they have no road hazard warranty. When I picked my car up, I drove back to work (about 4 miles) and noticed that there was a slit on the sidewall of the tire. I then called them and told them about it, once again they immediately became defensive and said it isn't their fault and they don't cover road damage and it's not their problem. So, silly me, I have been driving on that tire for about 7 months now. It is now starting to bubble on the sidewall, so I took it back to them. Again, they said it's not their problem and it's not warranty so I would have to buy a new one. They interrupt you when you're speaking, they're rude, they are unprofessional, and I absolutely UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES recommend that you go anywhere else. It's really unfortunate that in small businesses like these, good customer service does not exist anymore.

Awful! Do not waste your time or money. My husband and I work 45 minutes away from Garden but…read moreneeded some new tires on my car. After calling them and discussing it, we dropped my car off late one night and left the key. A day or so later we called to settle up on payment and they had no idea what we were talking about or what they were supposed to do with the car. After several days of calls we finally managed to get the tires on and tried to pay by credit card on the phone. They were rude and asked us to come in to pay. After explaining why this wouldn't work (work during the day far away) they allowed us to pay. We went to pick up the car and there was no key! Thank goodness (for them) I had my spare with me. The next day we called to get the key mailed and no one knew where it was. After calling them almost every day for four weeks we finally got a chance to go during business hours. Only after telling them that we would be there that day with the title (this whole time they had been questioning the legitimacy of our claim) did they finally 'locate' said key. Once we showed up right at the time we said, they told us we'd have to wait for the boss to open the safe. After 20 minutes he arrived and walked past the desk, grabbed the key (no safe!) and handed it to us. Not the worst, a month later I got a flat tire, went to change it and found it impossible to get the lug bolts off due to the torque they had applied. Had my husband not been able to find more leverage (thank God I wasn't on the side of the road), we wouldn't have been able to get it off. Incompetent and difficult, avoid at all costs!
