Parked, looked beautiful inside before we walked in (flowers on display) Walked in smelled wonderfully, the flowers in cold fridges were magnificent, beautiful , elegant, divine, and taken care of nicely. You could tell the 3 people i saw there took great pride in such creations they had made. Though there was a slight language barrier (Spanish/english) i was still taken care of with patience, care, and attentiveness. I told her what we were looking for (had no idea what to get) she showed me a couple options and i believe she could tell when i thought she would like these. As i was showed similar styles/set ups and different sizes. I told her the range i was looking to she showed me the low end the high end and everything in between. They can custom make in the same day request but trust me no need. They should have already made what you may be looking for, or like in my case not even knowing what you want. I purchased. Went to go get a haircut she held them for me until i got back. I returned (30-45 minutes later) and already 2-3 next to mine were sold. Important thing mine was not! When i left we were taken care of with new vases, fresh water, and boxes to hold our vases for the travel home. Love it and would come back (30-45 minutes from home) to get my wife something this special. *this is not Kroger/HEB folks. This is a real deal local florist who locally delivers, does customs same day if possible, and makes beautify art with what she has* Of course when you walk in. It's a flower shop. There's stems on counters pedals here and there. It's a little cold in the shop. But what do you expect? 3 photos two for my wife's b day and the other was for my son and his girls 4 month dating anniversary

Expectations: I ordered the Floral Attraction Vase of Flowers because I liked the bulb vase forming…read morea round shape with the flowers along with the coral/ pink tones. The flowers from the picture are also about the same size. From the disclaimer, I figured they would replace any flowers they didn't have with another of the same coral/pink hues and roughly the same size. Disclaimer from the website: "When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. " The arrangement received: Although the roses were white with hints of pink, the overwhelming presence of white hydrangeas(?) overpowered the sparse pink/coral carnations and gerberas. (The only solid white flower in the picture were the lilies surronded by pink/coral..colors I was hoping for.) I wouldn't have minded if the arrangement was primarily white but it simply looks NOTHING like the photo. Overall it lacked a proper balance/ arrangement. the hydrangeas looked like an after thought to act as an oversized filler. The disclaimer, "They will be produced as closely as possible to the picture," is a joke. On the plus, you can order flowers from them online.. As long as you don't have high expectations for the arrangements to look remotely close to the pictures on their website, you'll be okay with this place.

Ordered flowers online for a sweet neighbor's funeral service, and requested a specific arrangement…read more@ $75. Followed up with a phone call today to verify order. On arrival at the visitation this evening, I Didn't see our arrangement and worried it was not delivered as promised. We did finally locate our flowers after looking through all and we were embarrassed and disappointed to find a very small arrangement that looked NOTHING like the representation online. I would have estimated this to be a $40 caliber purchase, not $75 quantity or quality ( and total paid was actually $102, including delivery fee and tax). Our arrangement was to be pinks and ultra feminine and elegant looking- what we received was on par with a hospital gift shop arrangement for less than $40 with zero skill or imagination. We understand substitutions must occasionally be made, but this was NOTHING like the quality paid for. So sad that the deceased friend's family has to take this to their home now :(((
