We booked this company 5 weeks before our event (a large children's birthday party), one week before they cancelled because one member of staff was ill and another was away. I'm sorry that they found themselves in that situation but how could anyone trust them with an event if they just cancel on you a week before. The best they could do was give us some numbers of some other companies, we could of course find these ourselves on Google, they were all booked when we called.
