They seemed…read moreuninterested in helping (like I was a nuisance), spent two seconds looking at my tires and sent me on my way saying there was no problem. Turns out that a big nail had punctured a tire. Had they identified the problem correctly, the tire could have been saved. I ended up (later) at a different business where the actual problem was discovered and fixed. Discount Tire (the company) needs to cut ties with these guys.

Vehicle was scheduled for my regular mechanic the next day. Regular mechanic stated one tire had 40PSI when all that was required by the manufacturer was 22 psi front and 23 psi back. Since this was an AWD vehicle in which all four tires require the same amount of tread and be set at the required psi, this could have damaged the AWD transmission with their blunder of service. Used to be a regular customer but not any longer. Poor attention to detail and sloppy work.

We are now approaching 3pm in the afternoon, and the only message so far he has received was that the car was checked in. The car has yet to be taken back for service. I understand businesses are still short-handed. But you need to keep in mind that people expect efficient and timely service, and not to sit all day waiting. Treat every customer like a secret shopper, and put your best foot forward every single time. Update: At 2:54pm, the service finally started. My husband got the message that the service had begun. So now we wait more to see if we can get out of here in short order. Can we get out before 4:00 pm? Stay tuned... Update: 3:46 pm. Hubby got called to the checkout, and the cashier said the car should be coming out soon. So he paid and we are awaiting the car now at 349 the car was brought around. Then it was off to lupper and home. So overall, it's not a bad experience, but it is not a great one either. There is definitely room for improvement. But there is always next time.

They didn't try to get in my face about anything else that I "might need." However, I got a tire rotation for $15 since I'm here; might as well. So far so good! Interior is comfortable and clean. I liked that they have padded faux leather seats, coffee station and a big screen tv. The outcome of the tire patch and tire rotation should be legit. I'll update this review if anything gets messed up. Definitely will come back to this place. Mark made a 100% good first impression. Here is an update: Besides the rotation, they put a tire patch and a tire plug to repair the hole. They even mentioned the tire is now the front driver's side, so that I can keep a look at it. Well done, they took it an extra step.
