I have, sadly, been told I can not have the file, been told the case is closed, but Ms. Adams will not notify the various agents to whom she notified that the case was opened, trustee has the task to let same agencies know she is no longer trustee, so family can access documents and files. This includes letting IRS know, with same form 56 she notified them with, to put all estate in her name as trustee, she is now to submit same form to close. She will not. Items from the estate are still not documented as to there whereabouts and she co mingled funds. I know how to submit a complaint to the California State Bar, to ask that they get her to close the estate properly. She charged over $100,000 in fees, for a case that was to be $11,100, with some additional costs. You do the math! Why would a probate attorney, need to hire probate attorney's to consult to distribute a simple will?

It ended up hanging up so I called back and explained it hung up and I didn't want them to think I hung it up. I explained to the receptionst to tell her to call me back at my number when she is done. I waited an hour and no one called back yet. My case is time sensitive so I didn't want to waste any more time than I already did and called another firm. I went back and called their office and to my surprise the paralegal picked up I explained to her how dissatisfied I was and I felt she would be to busy for my case, but that she should at least called me back to apologize and try to reschedule. I asked why schedule a phone call conference when you can't keep them and all she can say is "I do apologize" then said a client walked in and I'm actually still with them at this moment. I told her you know what go ahead contunie with your client and hung up. Things happen for a reason I firmly believe this. This was not the person for my divorce case.
