Today they did a service call because my well pump was not working for my sprinkler system. Once again, I was very impressed from the office administrator who kept me posted as to their time of arrival, their honesty and professionalism as to what was wrong (a minor repair). Upon arrival he explained step by step the process of drilling the new well and quoted us a price. He also explained the fluctuation of the quote if there was extra labor and material it would be involved. His crew showed up on the scheduled date on time. The professionalism was impressive although very busy they had time to answer questions. Shane showed up and jumped in on finishing up the installation. He explained what to expect with the water that comes with a freshly drilled well and he was exactly right. My yard was left just as clean as it was before they got there. Pre-Review in the hopes to spare any potential customers the misery and disappointment in working with this company that obviously doesn't care about their integrity or business any longer (all current reviews seem to confer). Bill convinced us our old well didn't have enough supply (though it has perfect drinking water) to spend 5K for a new well that was drilled to the exact same depth. Except this new well has water that is being reported to the health department for contamination. This company doesn't care about what they give you, just finishing as soon as possible with no customer product review or approval and getting your check. The iron and sulfur in the water has ruined our appliances and made us sick. Bill has lied numerous times about 'fixing our water quality' or even coming back out to finish the job and put a pad under the tank. Our underground pipes are now twisted because they failed to do the basics. We have contacted an attorney and will be suing this company for new well, damaged appliances, ruined pipes and any pain and suffering I can get. We are also contacting news channels. Please please do not give your hard earned money to this company! The pics show current old well with perfect water and the new well with unusable water and the damage done in one week to tub and dishwasher. Bill, there's still time to do the right thing, this doesn't need to go any further.
