I told her I am thinking about transferring my prescription here as I'll be in town for the next month. I then told her but before I do this it is currently at Walgreens and my co pay is 0 so I need you to make sure that I will also not be paying anything if I transfer that prescription to this pharmacy. Her response was ok your order will be ready in a couple days. I walked away confused because she didn't do anything that I asked as I wanted to know what the pay would be if anything. So I walked back in and told her this. Then she asked for my ID something she didn't do before. She then told me co pay zero. No sorry about that or anything I could clearly tell I was bothering her. I then walked back and said wait a second how will I know it's ready? Shouldn't you have my number don't you call a person or something? That's when she took my number. It was all just a little too much but then again maybe it was her first day on the job I don't know. When I go to a pharmacy to get prescriptions I expect to feel taken care of and I felt anything but that.
