You get to book your appointment through the app with the specific person which I think is pretty cool and easy. It was my first time so I just picked the first available which was Carli at the Mahwah location. Carli was super friendly and outgoing. She made it feel like she was my barber for years with good and easy conversation. I got the basic haircut deal but that comes with the warm cream shave around the edges which is what I was looking for. It came out better than anything I've gotten at those other places. All for a modest $25. What's an extra $5-10 when you get that level of service? Totally worth it. Carli is legit so I'll look to book her for the next one.

I had to go to another salon, Luxe in Ramsey (which was phenomenal, they fixed my color!) together it fixed. Then, when I went back to ask if they would refund my money for a color that was just not good they said no. I will never go back and don't trust them with my hair anymore. The styling was awful too and I found myself wishing I had a ball cap to hide it under until I went to get it fixed the same day. Thank god for Luxe and their amazing team who managed to fix my hair disaster. Very generous and talented!
