Generally, when I ask for a lot of pressure, therapists just don't get it. This therapist totally did. She did a great job, was super friendly, did not talk too much during the massage, and offered me a discount on my next appointment. Thumbs up for sure. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the atmosphere. There were 4 kids in the lobby, being really loud, which I could hear over the music in the massage room. Also, I don't really care about this since I knew it was a dr's office, but the decor, etc. is not really overly soothing, relaxing, etc. It's pretty dr-like in decorations, but if you are like me and seriously just want a good massage, it's fine. I don't need fancy. Others would not like this though, if they are looking for a spa experience. Also, I screwed up on my appointment time, thought it was 530, it was really 500. They were totally understanding and took me late (I got there at 510). Would totally recommend (oh, and their prices are great for massage).

My second treatment was 2 weeks ago and NO cramping. The Doc said I may only need a treatment every 3 months to keep my neck straight. He also gave me some very easy exercises to do that will make my forearms stronger. I'm glad they are so easy or I wouldn't do them. I work at a computer all day so I can't have my hands cramping up.
