They said minimum charge was $298 which was a rip-off but I couldn't get rid of it any other way when I needed it.... I got a $55 coupon so it was less... but what these guys did was to claim it took 1/8 of a relatively large truck that was the size of a moving truck.... and add $30 to the minimum charge. For a coffee table..... You could stand it up vertically and fill in the minimum charge. Then they had the nerve to ask me for a 10% tip on it... calculated before the coupon, of course... I told him, " you just charged me $300 to pick up a coffee table. I'm not giving you a tip." He got pissed and gave me an evil, dirty look..... then they took the table and parked just outside my apartment until I left to get something from my car and took off.... They didn't clean up, didn't sweep, nothing after the table was picked up.... I left a review with them and it had a box to have them reach out in 1 day if I needed to talk to someone. It's on day 3. No one has reached out either by email or phone. Never again. Horrible experience... and not just ripped off... but took a minimum base charge and decided to add on $30 for spite. So if you're wondering where your tip went, it went for the $30 you ripped me off for.

Keith was excellent to work with, he scheduled a pickup quickly, The two gentlemen who showed up were great as well. They carefully removed the items from our basement which was kind of tricky because of the turns involved and the size of the furniture. They did no damage to our house or the furniture. Not a man of his word... he told me to call him when I was ready to pick up the load, however, he pulled the dumpster I rented for $400, two days prior to the week's rental timeline and didn't even give me the courtesy to let me know. When I called him to tell him that I was surprised that the dumpster was removed early and for clarification on what happened, he didn't even remotely apologize He also lied and said he picked it up on Thursday and said he gave me some "additional days". Thanks to cameras on my home.. he can be held accountable. He had an appalling attitude upon delivering the dumpster as well. I will not be using Affordable Dumpsters services again and I highly suggest you don't as well. Spread the word. I certainly know I will. He is one deep and that alone is telling. He does this job by himself at the age of 65 or so and crying that he doesn't have help. I can see why. I am surprised this didn't draw a red flag earlier for me. But you know now.. you have been warned. He behaves very entitled, privileged and narcissistic.
