Dr. Weber installed an implant for me and it was a very bad experience. I found his office to be very disorganized, which is a bad quality for a dentist. One time, I showed up for an appointment only to have Dr. Weber look at me and say "what are you doing here?". His assistant forgot to put my appointment on his calendar. The next time, I came in for an appointment, he couldn't find the right part for my implant and asked me to come back after he could find the part. Why not call me a day before to let me know?? I understand that mistakes happen, but there were no apologies. At one point, Dr. Weber tried to blame me by saying "You must be cursed!" Wow. Well, soon after my implant was finally installed, I felt it come loose as I was eating. Good thing I noticed an didn't choke on it! Enough is enough so I went to another dentist for a second opinion. The other dentist (who is now my current dentist) found that Dr. Weber had used the wrong screw to install my implant. That's why it came loose. After that issue was resolved, I started noticing food getting caught between the new implant and my other teeth. My current dentist has advised me to have the implant re-made as the shape of the current implant leaves too much space between it and my other teeth. I just wasted a ton of time on money on a bad implant. If you are looking for a new dentist, I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

I had the worst experience - twice! I gave him the benefit of the doubt, then returned and he made more mistakes! I couldn't believe it! I also referred 3 others that learned this guy was making huge mistakes and doing sloppy work. They found new dentists also. The final trip to his office, he tried extracting my tooth (in the meantime he seemed more concerned if I would tag and promote him on Facebook). He started the extraction, couldn't do it, THEN ran out of gas!!!!! I was in excruciating pain, so thank goodness there was an oral surgeon downstairs that was able to finish the job. He had an amazing assistant and front desk woman that both have left his practice. I won't get into it, but trust me, they agreed with all of my concerns. My family and I were in the care of Dr. Weber for many years. His facilities are good, he's up to date with the latest technologies, and the hygenists on staff were excellent. While I can say that my mother, wife and children had decent experiences with him, mine were less than positive. Years ago, he botched a root canal I had, and had to send me to the endodontist down the hall to rectify it. What should have been a normal procedure became days of pain, discomfort, and inconvenience. Last year, he did work on an upper back right molar of mine. It is still extremely sensitive to both heat and cold -- something he said would go away in time but never did. The work peformed was done last April - over a year ago now -- and isn't going away. I now have to chew on the left side of my mouth, and feel pain every time I forget to. He also neglected to polish the porcelain of the cap he installed, leaving it rough and annoying -- another service I paid for that wasn't done. I believe the pain and discomfort I feel is now a permanent reminder of what a bad dentist Weber is. The final time I saw him for a cleaning six months ago, he was extremely unprofessional. He interrupted a conversation I was having while in the chair with his dental hygenist, who was very nice and professional, about COVID 19. He started yelling at me, insulting me, and accused me of all kinds of ridiculousness. He made the interaction very personal with me -- not professional in the least. It was a pathetic display, and I walked out without receiving any apology from him. When the bill came, I paid it, and swore to let everyone I know about his lack of maturity. Just think if he went off in the midst of a serious procedure?? Folks, go somewhere else before this happens to you. There are dentists who not only know what they're doing, but don't create a scene in the middle of their office with you in their chair. Find one of those guys, and stick with them. read more

Dr. Weber was my dad's dentist. I consulted him 2 years ago for a second opinion following a recommendation from my regular dentist that my 2 front bottom teeth be removed. He advised my to have root canals instead. I STILL have those teeth. This week I had to see him again for a 2nd opinion on a back molar. He gave me excellent feedback, and arranged for an appt. with an oral surgeon for the procedure. Dr. Weber is exceptionally caring and selfless. My experience was very good on the first few visits, but then little strange things started happening, like he'd tell me a tooth had a cavity and when I'd come back to take care of it he said it was in a different tooth than the one we talked about. I came here after seeing their wonderful reviews. They did not disappoint! My first interaction was with Lisset at the front desk. Absolute sweetheart! She goes above and beyond to handle insurance issues and scheduling times that will work for you. The dental hygienist was very informative as she scraped away. I went in at a later date for some cavities and to be expected I was afraid of that needle! Dr. Weber's dental assistant was SO reassuring and humorous, it put me at ease, along with some numbing cream. When Dr. Weber injected it I barely felt it, and felt silly for being so worked up. Dr. Weber makes you feel SO comfortable and informs you of any surprises along the way. They have this nifty camera he will use so we are both able to see my bad decisions! lol. Absolutly Amazing! Thank You Dr. Weber & Staff! I have had a few really bad experiences with previous dentist. This office came highly recommended. Coming here I was very hesitant and anxious due to past experience. Making my appointment was flawless. The office is great at reminding you of your appointment by email or text or even a phone call. Very convenient for those of us with a busy schedule. There is plenty of parking! Staff is delightful! First appoitment went great & very educating! Got my x-Rays taken by Jess, who was super gentle & I got my teeth cleaned! No more bleeding gums or inflammation! Dr. Weber was very patient with me (which i really appriciate) Answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail until i was comfortable! He took pictures of my teeth so I could see exactly what he was talking about in detail! It does put a lot in perspective when you see your teeth on the screen and someone guides you. I did have a lot of metal fillings and i needed a few crowns. He had a plan written out for me, minimal pain and change all metal to white pretty fillings! That is our goal! Second appoitment was today! Per my plan, we started with the right upper quadrant of my mouth! Again, i know i might be a huge baby & was so stressed, my stomach was in knots!!! Thoughts of the anesthesia shots or the drilling sound. Dr. Weber & Jess reassured me we will go slow. Jess placed this gel on the gums and they totally went numb. When the Doctor was giving my anesthesia shot i only felt a pinch and boy was I very relieved!!! No pain! Was completely numb! During the appointment they were so great at checking in on me to make sure i felt no pain. My appointment was SUPER EASY!!! The next thing i know, Dr. Weber has this cool machine which make crowns in office!!! Its amazing!!! He just somehow takes measurement of my tooth & there it is on the screen & then its a part of my tooth! Magic!!! I mean with in minutes!!! Its beautiful and white! 25% of my mouth is done!!! I've been going to Dr. Weber for many years now and it is AMAZING. I hate the dentist usually because of the drilling but I get kind of excited going to their office because everyone is so nice and so helpful. The receptionist and dental assistants are so lovely and kind. They have tv's in the rooms and they always let you watch whatever you want. I got to watch Sweet Sixteen one time. This office is great starting with making your appointment. The front desk is sweet and eager to help you in anyway they can. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment, they don't seem to overbook allowing you enough time with Dr. Weber and the hygienist. The Hygienist is thorough and very knowledgeable and always gives a good teeth cleaning. I have also had my teeth whitened by her. Dr. Weber is the best....easy to talk to, explains everything to you, and there is no pressure to get work done that you are not ready to do. They work with insurance and are very professional. A few times I needed them to get prior approval or costs to have something done and they do it with a smile on their face and in a timely matter. Super great guy, but man does he love to drill. Every time I went (every 6-9 months) I needed 1-2 fillings. I have never experienced a dentist who drills so frequently in my life. Once he almost drilled the wrong tooth (luckily his fantastic hygienist was standing next to him and corrected him right before the drill hit a perfectly good tooth). The last time I went there he told me I needed 2 fillings. I finally sought a second opinion and was told I didn't need any fillings. Needles to say, I will not be back. But hey, if you love fillings, and you don't care if you have any teeth left in your twilight years, this is the place for you. PS The 2 stars are for his receptionist and his hygienist - they are great! read more

Let's be honest. Most people are not thrilled to go to the dentist office. I use to be one of those people. Now I feel like I'm visiting old friends or family. That is the difference when you walk into Dr. Weber's office. I can honestly say that Dr Weber is the best dentist I've had on either coast. He fixed an issue that I had seen 2 other dentists about which was incredible. If that weren't enough, he has the most amazing staff. From the moment you walk in Lissette gives you a warm welcome and smile to confirm your appointment. After a very brief wait Jessica sets you up and answers any questions to put your mind at ease. Once prepped and set, Dr Weber works his magic. No pain to have fillings replaced which is amazing. Lastly, If you value your smile, you are lucky to meet with Erin. I've come in with some seriously stained teeth (wine, tea, smoking) and she cleaned my teeth so well, that I'm able to smile again. Sounds funny but it's very true. She works miracles!
