When I called the number posted when I was trying to gain access I was informed that I would need a security check by Apple which would require going to one of their stores and dealing with the clearance there. I chose to go to the Kenilworth office where a lady by the name of Kirsten Thiam contacted management to have my account unlocked once I showed her my drivers license which she photographed and put in my security file along with new passwords and a vocal password as well. This process was not easy but Ms. Thiam knew what she was doing and re-opened and secured my account on the spot. This took about 45 minutes to an hour but Ms. Thiam was undeterred and very determined to help me gain access and security to my investments. I am very grateful for her professionalism and help.

I made an appt and drove from my home in Chicago( 40 min drive). I met with a young girl who was obviously training or not well experienced. The Financial Advisor Lance was working from home and was on speaker phone the whole time. He did not have access to all the documents I brought. The young girl was flipping through the pages and it was obvious she didn't know what she was reading . I told him I didn't like the fact that I was on a phone in and didn't get to meet with him in person. He said he would be in office on Monday. Great, I'm working. Why did I waste my time today? Going to keep shopping for a brokerage with better customer service.

He keeps himself honest by offering a really easy to use app to track your positions and earnings results across all your accounts - no more guesswork. And the quarterly reports we receive help us to benchmark our historic success with Jason. I can also second the other review regarding Jason being a phenomenal advisor for younger professionals - he gives a personal touch that I don't think I'd receive with a more traditional/larger advisor. Because he's around my age and also lives in the city with similar family motivations, I really feel like he understands my goals and can understand my investment strategy. Can't recommend him enough.

Initially this office seemed well versed in insurance and had decent customer service. However, as…read moretime went on I requested changes be made to my account and realized after 4 months that they had not been made. I had set my insurance to auto pay and I failed to check to see that the changes were made. I was informed a credit would be issued within 10 business days, that credit wound up taking almost 20 business days. I was then advised what my new monthly premium would be and that auto paid once and then the monthly premium doubled. No correspondence was initiated on the insurance offices staff, I had to reach out, follow up to find out any information. I was then informed that a driver can not be removed from a policy if I can't provide proof of their new insurance or tell the office that the other driver had moved. All of this was found out after the fact, not forthcoming, not transparent. I would not recommend this office to anyone I know. I dealt with Lucy, whom did not inform me of certain things, and, then Jordan whom did not follow up in a timely manner. I switched to another insurance company and cancelled my policy with this office. If you want good customer service, do not go through this office for insurance. While they are polite, they lack follow up, they lack communicating correct and knowledge that customers need to know.
