Long story short - my last dentist experienced, traumatized me, to say the least. Before starting the process, I asked Debra & her team if they could please be careful with my tongue and cheek & not ACCIDENTALLY CUT IT like the last dentist did. ... Debra & her assistant were absolutely amazing. I felt 0 pain (big thanks to the numbing and the tongue/cheek guard). The receptionist was so kind as well. Great, great service! Already recommending my family to this dentist office. Thank you once again!

They were really pushy when I got xrays that showed I had "10 cavities", I was very skeptical since my last visit elsewhere i had no issues and asked for an explanation but they kept referring to other Drs. , who all weren't clear. Kept pushing to reschedule multiple days to have them all filled but when i refused they somehow had a spot that same hour to get one filled. I stayed and wasn't too thrilled with the results. After this i've gotten endless calls and emails to return (i will never). End of story i have gone to a new dentist who gave me the reassurance with xrays i actually had no cavities. Pianpiano is both of my parent's dentist, and when the time came for me to say goodbye to my childhood dentist over I came to his office. It's a small office with a few private rooms radiating off of the main entrance and waiting room, which is of course fully stocked with a wide variety of magazines (and all of them recent, not like the year-old versions that linger in most offices!). I'm actually kind of weird - I ENJOY going to the dentist. However, for those who might be far more apprehensive when the time comes to get one's teeth cleaned, rest assured. Not only is the entire staff at the office very friendly and nice, but Pianpiano himself is wonderful. He cracks a lot of jokes and makes you feel completely at ease. Yeah, your visit will probably still hurt some (hey, the guy isn't a miracle worker), but it will be as pleasant as it can be. And they definitely know what they're doing. Pianpiano took a look at my wisdom teeth and decided they should all come out whereas my previous dentist thought I still had some time and could at the very least keep the bottom two. Guess what? Those bottom ones ended up being partially impacted by the time they came out! If you're looking for a new dentist, definitely check out Pianpiano.
