Don't let those people detour you from supporting any business. I see a trend in complaints about "rudeness" while addressing they were uncooperative during the process. Please understand being a dentist is not an easy job, it's stressful when you are in a position working in an area that is very sensitive and vulnerable to the patient. They want nothing more than for you to be comfortable and if you can't control your anxiety, then the dentist is doing you the favor by saying they cannot do the work to not exacerbate the situation. Another review mentioned how the dentist didn't like being asked questions. Funny, she sure didn't mind my 5,000 stupid questions Here's the point. If you're someone who can't handle a little bit of needle pain or honest and direct responses then this is not the dentist for you. If you need to be coddled and worshipped, find another dentist. Dr. Baik is to the point, performs her job well and has amazing staff. Her office is clean, practices all of the covid guidelines and is very welcoming. What brought me in? A wisdom tooth extraction, cleaning and cavities. I was scheduled to have it all done at once in June but I was feeling so much pain from my tooth that I didn't think I could wait. I called the office to see what my options were. Dr.Baik made the time to see me that day to do everything instead of waiting almost 2 months, to make me feel more comfortable considering I'm 4 months pregnant. The wisdom tooth extraction was very very difficult to perform but she was very calm, supportive and professional. The dental assistant was kind, very involved and in sync with the process. Unfortunately anesthesia is different for pregnant patients so it wears off really quickly. Big big shout out to the lady at the front desk!
