It took them from May to September to get the insurance payment. It was not because of my insurance; they kept doing something wrong on their end and the claim wouldn't go through. The agent told them a couple of times how to submit it, and they couldn't get it done. Sept 9th, the payment was finally made from the insurance. I went in on 9/23 because my temporary teeth would not stay in due to my swelling had went away. I felt like it was my fault when I went in, and it was nothing they could do about the problem. I ask the lady, why would you tell me to come in and do nothing about it. I was told that I am schedule to come in on 10/26 too get your Xray for your permanent dentures, and that was the end of my visit. This place has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will let others know, do not go to the here.

That is was for aesthetics and not for jaw correction. That was $3000 I feel now that she's 14 and about to go through jaw correction and phase 2, like I didn't have to spend. But they did a good job. They also did my husbands teeth. Not as impressed with his. He's an adult ofcourse so it seems the results weren't quite what we had hoped for. Especially for $6000. But I will say, if your in Shreveport, they are probably the best you can pick.
