We have booked…read morewith them twice; the first time they wanted us to stay in a bed bug ridden hotel and reluctantly agreed to change to a different hotel. The hotel that they changed to was a dump. There is no other way to describe it. Questionable stains on the walls, ceiling cracking and no breakfast. The second time we booked with them was slightly better- however for the flights (which were 9hrs both ways!!!) we were at the very very back with all the screaming children. We couldn't even upgrade to business or first class or even change seats. All in all, would never ever book with them again. Worst travel company ever.
