From the first time my husband and I called him to every follow up call and visit to his office since, Dennis has been the most friendly and welcoming person. He has an outstanding memory and really makes sure that you're aware he knows and remembers you. His service is on a personal level and he has wonderful attention to detail as everyone should want in an accountant! His office can easily be described as organized chaos, but he knows exactly where your information is and sends you off with a nicely organized packet with your tax return information. He's always timely in his turnaround and his pricing is very fair! I'm so thankful to have found such a great accountant to work with -- I think it also shows how great he is considering we moved to Charleston and still work with him!

The company charged 1050$ for services however the only communication you received was through there app so the frustration level was high as they would blow up your emails telling you your task list was not done. The task list for me was extremely extensive as i have a Buisness and took a month to complete every itemized detail. Even though the list of itemizations were already sent the company didn't want to input them. When i questioned what i was paying for the email i received was all my tax documents were destroyed and that i was not a good fit for the service they offered 4 days before taxes were due. Half of my payment was refunded and of course i had to reach out to request the remainder of what i was owed and show proof that i paid it. Costumer service well there isn't any. Poor accountability, a lot of money for little work. So if you're interested in doing your taxes solo, having your emails blown up without an explanation and paying a lot of money for it; this is the company for you.
