I could not be happier with the service he provided or with the home he helped us locate. In particular, Trent is a fantastic listener. Most of the homes he showed us were great candidates. Due to his diligence, we felt comfortable making an offer less than two weeks after meeting him. The house is perfect for us, and he negotiated a great price. With the San Antonio housing market getting more competitive every year, being able to quickly locate a proper house is a vital skill that Trent thrives at. Trent was also extremely responsive when we needed to talk and let us choose the pace at which we proceeded with the home buy. That really helped me schedule in some work travel that I needed to do right around the time we'd be closing on the house. This made what might have been a doubly stressful time go by without a sweat. Even after we closed on the house, Trent came by to congratulate us and pointed us in the right direction for various paperwork we needed to file with the city. You won't go wrong hiring Trent as your buyer's or seller's agent. After spending many years in our wonderful new home, I look forward to working with Trent again some years down the road.
