I would like to start out by saying that Kyle is one of the most devoted Real estate agents we have ever worked with. Dabbling in the rental business I have dealt with quite a few realtors over the years and I can confidently say that Kyle is one of the best. Our situation was a bit unique in the fact that neither my wife or myself we living in San Antonio, this making our house hunting time very limited and extremely valuable. Kyle went out of his way to line up 14 showings in one day (yes, 14!!!) so that I could get a feel for the San Antonio areas and narrow the options down before flying my wife in to assist finalizing on a home. It can be stressful to buy a home in one state while residing in another, so I really appreciated how team member Kirtus oversaw every single aspect of the process, allowing us to remain stress free. My husband and I met Kyle when he was working for Ryland homes. We were so impressed by his ability to clearly explain things in terms that first time homebuyers can understand. Our experience with Kyle and Handy Realty was one of a kind. We were on our way home after a long day of showing us houses. We weren't crazy about any of them, and were bummed because the house we were most excited about wasn't available for a showing. On our drive home, Kyle called us back and said he had just gotten a call from the seller's realtor and was willing to show us that house that same night! We saw the house and fell in love with it.
