I will save you time because he ONLY has 2 things he says. 1) 'I have been doing this for 20 years....' As a client, i could care less how long you have been doing something. Duration does not equate to ability. This holds true in this case 2) It takes time, they have been back logged....COVID-19....blah blah.' Yes, i am aware and further 0, and i do mean 0 correspondence was made for over 9 months. So i believe that it was a valid question. But i received a canned rehearsed speech. 3) This is not something he repeats per se, just something he does. He will give little to 0 leagal advice past repeating the initial 2 stories. And if a mistake is made DURING the interview or phrased incorrectly, he will CHASTISE you for this. Meanwhile, he has NOT gone over ANYTHING, preparing you for absolutely nothing. But I will hold you accountable. 4) Once paid, the attorney is given a percentage. If the percentage exceeds what leagal costs, then the attorney SHOULD refund the difference. This did not happen.
