Staff (ALL) seriously needs training on building patient relationships because they are horrible at acknowledging patients or at least they were with us. Patients come in with serious concerns and ignoring, dismissing concerns, and rudeness does not make them feel better.Aside from this, they are VERY slow. Our appointment was at 10:00. We were checked in and then later brought to our room. We spent majority of our appointment alone in our room and when the nurse practitioner finally came in, she was there for 15 minutes. We checked out at 11:45. Are you serious? We were sent next door for lab work and we checked in by ourselves not sure if we needed to do something else or if we were at the correct place. Oh just ask the front desk? She's on her personal phone cutting her peach. Please save yourself the trip and DO NOT COME HERE.
