In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again. Let trash go into my toilet whole to my septic. He put shower in without insulation till I caught him. Didn't clean up behind himself every day. In that price he was to replace my front door he didn't. I checked to see what he might of spent total on material maybe 2,000 to 3,000 tops. He would come every day and bring workers for about 5 to 6 hrs and he himself total about 1 hour per day. Would not recommend

He gave me a very good quote to do the job. I agreed to his quote for the work and he came the next day, right at the time he promised, and started the job. My job took more than a day to complete so I had to communicate with Chris about the next steps. Chris was extremely responsive by phone and text. I knew exactly what he would complete each step of the project. When the job was completed, it was beautiful! Chris cleaned up after the work was done, everything was totally clean and put back!
