She expressed interest initially, but her tone changed once she learned that I am an hourly union employee. Apparently, she finds it more difficult to pursue cases-especially those involving damages-for hourly workers, I was more than willing to compensate her for time to write a letter inquiring about harassment and intimidation by my employer, in the hopes it would stop, Carol made it clear that would tarnish her practice to write a letter without her filing a lawsuit, If you are an hourly employee and belong to a union, I would recommend avoiding this law firm to save both your time and theirs, Thank you

Despite her being fully aware that I had less than two weeks to pursue in court. At first she acted nice when I spoke to her but then she changed in demeanor and became condescending and dismissive toward me which was concerning. She is unpredictable. My advice is to contact other law firms and have another attorney as a backup if you decide to retain her services. Because it's difficult to get an attorney at the last minute when you have important legal timelines to met. And I won't be able to file my lawsuit because I trusted Carol. I hope this review helps. When I was first contacted by Stern, I was leery about becoming part of such a huge movement, but was also afraid I would be just "another number." With years of civil law (secretarial) experience behind me, I can ONLY do business with a firm that has my best interest at stake, and INTEGRITY. I do NOT review businesses lightly, OR for any purpose other than to provide an honest review of MY client/consumer experience. Although I am a California resident, and representation has now been handed to a local firm, I can HONESTLY share that Stern is amazing. I highly recommend them, and look forward to moving forward with our state representation firm, for THIS suit and a potential one on horizon. Excellent!

Nick was referred to me by Don Molosky, our family attorney from Harbor Springs/Petoskey, Michigan, who has served us faithfully for two decades as we have dealt with workplace bullies in the past. For the past five years, Nick has steadfastly stood by my side through some of the most challenging and painful periods of my life, navigating the complexities of a legal battle against a formidable healthcare system over discrimination and tortious interference with a business relationship. From the very beginning, Nick Roumel believed in me and my case. His approach was not only professional and strategic but also deeply personal. He took the time to understand the intricacies of my situation, ensuring that every action taken was in my best interest. His knowledge of employment law, the Federal Fair Claims Act, and retaliation is extensive, and his ability to apply it effectively in the face of daunting challenges and layers of complexities is nothing short of remarkable. Throughout this prolonged legal journey, Nick's support was unwavering. He provided not just legal representation but also a source of strength and hope. His communication was always clear and timely, keeping me informed and at ease amidst the legal complexities. His negotiation skills are exceptional; he seeks win-win solutions and resolutions out of court. The outcome not only represents a significant personal victory but also stands as a testament to his skill and perseverance. Nick Roumel's passion for justice and commitment to his clients is evident in everything he does. He goes above and beyond to ensure that the voices of the marginalized are heard and respected. It's rare to find someone who combines such professional acumen with genuine care and empathy. So much so that I named my service dog, whom I purchased for hospice/hospital care, after him--"Nikko." I cannot recommend Roumel Law highly enough to anyone facing employment-related legal issues. His guidance and advocacy have made a profound difference in my life, and I am forever grateful for his support and belief in me. Nick is not just an exceptional attorney but a true ally in the fight for justice and fairness in the workplace. He has offices in Ann Arbor, Traverse City, and Marquette, Michigan, making it very convenient to work with the person I deem the very best attorney in employment law, retaliation, and discrimination legal cases. It is not just advice on the law, but also on the impact the challenge will have on one's time, one's finances, and truly, one's life. In my recent experience with Salvatore, Prescott, Porter and Porter, I could not be more pleased with the guidance I received. Jennifer Salvatore guided me through the process, respected my input, and carefully executed a plan that righted injustice with minimal risk for failure and maximum opportunity for success. SPP&P also acted as a team, when urgent matters needed to be handled they meticulously passed shared the responsibility across the agency, so that no time was lost. When Jennifer Salvatore was OOO, Jessica Lieberman was perfect back up. The world if full of lawyer jokes, but when one needs representation, it is rarely a laughing matter. I am thankful for the professionalism, expertise and compassion of SPP&P. I cannot recommend the firm more strongly.

Hi Everyone, I had a bad experience with Jessica Lieberman Attorney. She mislead me about my case…read moreand told me the law firm was taking my case and that an attorney was being assigned to me. I was also offered a remedy to resolve my case which I agreed to. Jessica reiterated that I had a strong case and what the next steps would be she was confident. However, the next thing I know Jessica abruptly told me that the law firm decided not to take my case. Literally... Despite me only having a limited amount of time to pursue certain legal claims. Which she was fully aware of because I told her upfront the dates an incident occurred. I recommend you contact other law firms for your employment matter and to have another attorney as a backup. Because It's difficult to find an attorney at the last minute. There are also concerns of who the law firm is actually representing. Heads up: I noticed they defend the employer actions and appear to disregard your account of what happened which is a red flag. And say that your employer was correct in firing you. The employer has their own attorneys who are on their side is my point. Jessica is unpredictable so it's hard to trust a law firm when an attorney tells you one thing and then suddenly recants which is a concern of character. Besides no one wants to waste valuable time. I hope this review helps. Have A Wonderful Day
