Robert and Chris did an amazing job with our home buying process as first time homeowners. They were very knowledgeable as well as the great advices that were to our advantage and educated us along the way which we really appreciate and made sure we understood what we were getting into. There was never a time where we were concerned, their confidence and expertise in their respected fields made us feel very at ease throughout this journey. I am so glad to have had them in our team. We closed just as expected and we couldn't be more thrilled to be in our new home! I highly recommended as you will not regret how the home buying process can be less stressful than you think! Robert was recommended by my realtor and I couldn't have been more happy to have such an attentive loan representative. He was available to provide direction and assistance any time of day and made the usually difficult process of purchasing a home super easy. Robert was also able to get us a great rate and able to expedite the paperwork so we could close escrow under 30 days. I'll definitely be going back to him for my next purchase and I highly recommend you do as well! read more

Robert is unequivocally an excellent mortgage broker--he engineered the impossible for us! We were first time home buyers in the middle of a pandemic and an unprecedented shortage of housing inventory. Thanks to Robert we were able to secure our dream home! Robert was with us throughout the home buying process. He could be reached day or night with questions--an extremely prompt communicator by any means (phone, text, email, smoke signals, etc.). He knows the financial side of the home buying process inside and out, and was able to advise us on a slew of topics. He worked with us to evaluate many options and determine the right path for us. Of course, he secured an extremely attractive mortgage for us, but the real feat was the timeline! Robert was able to facilitate an Escrow period of 21 days (wow!!) in order to be competitive in this seller's market--we even closed early at 18 days! Above all, Robert executes his job while maintaining a friendly and positive demeanor (important throughout this potentially stressful process)! Bottom line, I would recommend Robert to anyone who is looking to buy a home!! read more

I am forever grateful for Tony, Chris, Robert, and the entire Elevate Estates family! From the start, the team was so kind, attentive, and patient. The team made the entire process so seamless and definitely an unforgettable experience, although I know they spent countless hours behind the scenes crunching numbers, looking for homes, and communicating with the necessary parties. If I had to choose and describe one thing the team was best at was their communication skills. They responded to all of my questions (and tbh I had quite a bit...) with such patience and kept me updated at all times. I love how they also gave me weekly updates. I was never lost or confused throughout the entire process. I cannot wait to brag about how great the team is and recommend them to friends, family, and coworkers! If you're in the beginning stages of purchasing/selling a home, stop wasting time and go with Elevate Estates and Robert Kim. You won't regret it! They will go above and beyond your expectations. Guaranteed! Again, thank you, Tony, Chris, and Robert for everything! read more

If you are considering refinancing your property, I'd highly recommend going with Robert and his team. This was my 5th refinance, but first one with Robert. My last few refinances with another firm were a bit painful with less-than-stellar communications, so I was honestly a bit hesitant to start the process with Robert because I was afraid of the unknowns. However, my experience with Robert was a complete 180 from what I experienced in the past. He made the process as convenient as possible, and I do not think he and his team sleep because they were available to answer any of my questions and concerns around the clock! Not to mention, Robert and his team also gave me the most competitive and beneficial quote for my refinance, so it was a win-win situation for me. If you want the red carpet treatment during your loan process, don't hesitate to go with Robert. Thank you, Dapper Capital! read more

Beginning in February 2016, my wife and I began a refinance process on our home and Robert Kim facilitated the process for us. Being unfamiliar with how the refinance worked, Robert Kim was kind enough to answer our questions well in advance before we began the process. He patiently described the refinance process, provided us with options and never pressured us into doing something we did not choose to do. His explanations were easy to understand and he always made himself available later if we had another question. During the refinance process, Robert communicated effectively over the phone, through text and email. Documents were made easy to exchange usually through email which allowed the process to run smoothly and conveniently. Robert was great at facilitating all of this. My wife and I are very satisfied with the quality service Robert provides. This was not the first time Robert worked with us though.
