She recommended exercises I do in the morning, explained when to apply heat vs. ice, and even recommended specific brands of shoes that will suit my feet well. She also recommended 2 good topical creams. I highly recommend Dr. Stache.

I had my first follow-up appointment yesterday. The doc got out the photos they took of my toenails…read moreback in January. Clearly progress has been made. The doc clipped my nails way back again with this most recent visit. There is barely anything left that shows that I had toenail fungus. My next appointment is in June. Probably my nails will be completely clear by then. I am going to continue to use the anti-fungal solution and cream, spray my shoes with Lysol from time to time, and that will probably be it. The cost for all of this is reasonable. The laser is really a piece of cake pain-wise. The appointments are brief. The people are friendly. The only thing that may have been a slight negative is I believe the pills I took during the first 30 days made it slightly uncomfortable to swallow for a couple weeks. Maybe it made something in my throat swell a little. But it was bearable. So if you've got toenail fungus, my advice to you is to just deal with it - before it gets worse and becomes a bigger problem. Forget about over-the-counter remedies. Declare all-out war. Go to some professionals like these guys and get the problem solved.

I have had pain in my heal for the last year and it seemed to be getting worse as I could barely…read morewalk on it upon waking up in the mornings. I previously went to another orthopedic doctor in Lansdale (who is now retired) but after several visits, $400 orthotics that are very uncomfortable/useless, and no change in my pain I decided to try someone else. I met with Dr. Miller and explained my problem. Upon his initial assessment he determined I had plantar fasciitis. He recommended a plan of action, starting with a steroid shot in my heal. He recommended putting ice on my heal once I got home, a few stretching exercises twice a day, and a few prescription meds. I can honestly say after only a few days following my visit I feel 75% better with little pain. I just had a follow up appointment, and he provided one more heal injection and supplied me with full foot orthotics for only $69.00. They are much more comfortable than my other $400 custom orthotics the other orthopedic sold me... Dr Miller is very friendly, very thorough, and treats his patients with the upmost care. I will definitely recommend Dr. Miller to my friends and family.

This office just lost a patient! This morning I had a appointment for my daughter. She has an…read moreingrown toenail. After arriving we filled out all the new patient paperwork. Once we were in room waiting for the doctor the receptionist informed us that my daughter wasn't listed on the insurance. She's covered on my parents insurance so I had to call my mother to see what the issue was. I asked that we please have 5 mins to figure this out. Receptionist told us she could only give us 3-4 mins...... it was not resolved right away so we had to leave. I asked if we could please have a note for my daughter saying she was here so it can be excused by the school. She told me No. We left and shortly after my mother returned my call to let us know she is definitely covered but she's the last name listed of 5 people. Not sure what's wrong with their system. Maybe if she had just gone to the next page she would've seen my daughter listed. I called the office to let them know as my daughter really needs to be seen. She suggested I go to urgent care or to another podiatrist and refused to verify the insurance once again. That's for your humanity...eye roll. I would never recommend this podiatrist and I didn't even get to meet him! Get a new receptionist!!
