I have been to many dental hygienists when I lived in other cities, and I have never found one as gentle, thorough, and excellent as Candice. I simply won't go to anyone else for teeth cleaning. I did a teeth whitening procedure with Dr. Christensen this past spring, and my teeth were noticeably whiter and brighter by at least two shades, which was amazing! They also sent me home with a take-home whitening kit that allows me to keep my teeth in good shape on my own. Their front desk staff is professional and friendly, and even sends out birthday cards! It is so nice to feel taken care of by the whole staff at Dr. Christensen's office.

Not only did he make time for me immediately, he made new temporaries for me that look 100 times better than the ones that fell off, but also I could tell that he really cared. I told my wife that I'd seriously consider making the trip for any major dentistry work (obviously not regular cleanings). Also, his assistant Katie is a delight and great to talk to. Horrible experience. Went here for a routine check up (physical and bloodwork) which is typically…read morecovered by health insurance and ended up with a bill for $500. When I asked my health care company why this was not covered they said because the claim did not come through as preventative. In other words the provider sent the wrong "codes". After several calls with healthcare and provider and sometimes both together at the same time. It was continuously determined that the provider continued to send the wrong "codes". I went around this circle for the better part of a year. Essentially went for basic care and ended up with a huge headache. I have never dealt with such incompetence. It was really bad. Also the care I received felt very generic as I don't believe I ever saw the actual doctor that runs the office, which would have been nice as a new patient. All in all a terrible experience that was stretched out over the course of a year. And to top it off, when I called to express my dissatisfactions as well as submit my final payment after all was said and done, they acted like they could not care less. Will never return to this office.

This place ruined my life. Whoever runs this facility should seriously reevaluate who they consider…read morea doctor and whether they should even be allowed to offer healthcare at all. A few years ago, I was seen here by Dr. Bowen while experiencing severe flu-like symptoms. I also had a bite on my arm that appeared a few days before I became very sick. I specifically showed him the bite and asked whether it could be related to my symptoms. His response was "No, I think you just have COVID. Go to City Market and get a test." I was then sent out the back door. Why he couldn't test me there I have no idea.... I followed his instructions, got tested elsewhere, and the result was negative. Dr. Bowen was rude, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable, as if my symptoms weren't valid or worth taking seriously. Over the years that followed, my health continued to decline. I became progressively sicker. It has since been confirmed that I have chronic Lyme disease. Luckily I had taken a photo of the bite and when I showed the physician who diagnosed me with Lyme the same bite I had shown Dr. Bowen that day, they confirmed it was consistent with a Lyme tick bite along with proper testing. Had this been properly evaluated at the time, my illness may have been caught early and treated before progressing into a chronic, life-altering condition. Instead, I am now living with a lifelong disease that could potentially have been prevented with appropriate medical attention. The dismissal of my symptoms and the failure to investigate a possible tick-borne illness had serious and lasting consequences for my health. I cannot believe this is my reality now. I hope this review encourages more thorough evaluations and genuinely patient-centered care in the future, because what I experienced here was dismissive, incompetent, and a complete failure of medical care.
