I couldn't even sleep on one side of my face I was so uneven. Dr. Turchin unlocked my jaw, spent two 45 minute appointments creating the most perfect and comfortable bite. I have been to many dental hygienists when I lived in other cities, and I have never found one as gentle, thorough, and excellent as Candice. I simply won't go to anyone else for teeth cleaning. I did a teeth whitening procedure with Dr. Christensen this past spring, and my teeth were noticeably whiter and brighter by at least two shades, which was amazing! They also sent me home with a take-home whitening kit that allows me to keep my teeth in good shape on my own. Their front desk staff is professional and friendly, and even sends out birthday cards! Not only did he make time for me immediately, he made new temporaries for me that look 100 times better than the ones that fell off, but also I could tell that he really cared. He was also very kind and explained to me the entire process and gave me recommendations for when I visit my dentist back home. I told my wife that I'd seriously consider making the trip for any major dentistry work (obviously not regular cleanings). Also, his assistant Katie is a delight and great to talk to. The office staff was all confused because I was a prior patient but when you sign up on line it put me in as new. I had X-rays and saw the doctor. He wanted me to have two implants and he wanted to pull my remaining five teeth and give me a full bottom plate. I met with the financial person and she printed out a $20,000 statement. I asked her print it because I used to run a patient billing department. She said my dental wouldn't pay because it had been just under five years. I called my dental company myself and they asked for a statement from the doctor explaining what needed to be done. I called Aspen back. This was in January 2025. They never sent anything to Delta Dental. Today a get a bill for X-rays but I don't see where it went to DD. So I call and Zach puts me on hold then comes back asks me questions then said the system had wrong information and he was going to send it. They lie to people, try and get you to finance services through them. When I went in there were a bunch of people that spoke English as a second language. They were probably being taken advantage of. Because I knew enough to ask questions and refused to finance they did not do what they were supposed to do. They need to be put out of office.
