He is such a great Doctor as well as a terrific surgeon. 6 weeks later I'm walking on my foot like nothing happened. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Kannengieser as well as the whole practice. I told the nurse I wanted him to look at my heel as well, and he ran out of the room and the building right after the laser treatment. I told him I have sensitive skin and he still sold me $80 Tolcylen which burned my skin and he kept pushing the oral antifungal, which fortunately I refused to take. Horrible podiatrist--does not listen, only knows textbook protocols and is very money hungry. The receptionist was very nice and competent, too bad the doctor was not!

I've had his business card for a while but I had been going to my podiatrist that I've been seeing for years. His non aggressive measures were not working. so I went for a second opinion. I had already scheduled a follow up with my podiatrist the week after I had my consultation with Dr.Levenstein. Both doctors were diametricakky opposed in treatment and diagnosis. But I continued on with Dr. Levenstein. I am amazed.. each treatment gave me more range of motion and less pain. I'm out of my sneakers and wearing real shoes. The debilitating pain is almost a memory. PRP for my right foot... then we work on the left. I feel normal. Knees feel great.. no more limping. no more sneakers.. He really cares about his patients.. and wants them to do well. Very easy to talk to. and he explains things very well.

Im not goving it to you. i said to her that i have a fever and throwing up green stuff, you know what she said to me, I did the same thing. So i said Z pack is the only thing that works! She responded as she moved her head with a spin an rolled her head back an rolled her eyes inside her head. I asked did you just Roll your eyes at me? she responded yes, your 70 yr old. i asked what does my age have to do what anything And what? she didnt reply. she broght a covid box I said i didnt need thaat. she did some other teststuck a q tip up my nose and walked out about a half hour later she said your test was Negitive.I should have walked out the way I was being treated? The way she rolled her head and then rolled her eyes, that was just a great performace! I cancelled my trip because the PA was not willing to take care of my needs. As I recently fractured my ankle (very slick of me, I know), I was on crutches. When I entered the waiting room there were wheel chairs waiting to be used! The clerk came around and helped me into a wheel chair despite my trying to protest lol. There is also a plethora of free snacks in a basket on the counter! Enjoy! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Bitterman. Intelligent, kind, caring and excellent orthopod. Highly recommend!
