After asking me to explain the service I was seeking, he rudely cuts me off and tells me he isn't interested. When I politely asked if he could refer me to any colleague who may be able to provide the particular service, he said "no," and immediately hung up. The irony of this is that when I began the conversation, I told him that I was impressed with his Yelp rating for this particular type of law. Maybe he should have thought about that.
