Dr. Rosenthal and his staff seemed nice enough, but I was shocked when he told me I needed not one tooth, but three of my teeth removed and three implants put in. Fortunately, I decided to get a second opinion and went to Dr. Selma Kaplan who was excellent and thorough. She removed only the one problem tooth and said that the other two teeth were totally fine. When I went back to my original dentist and told him about the situation with Dr. Rosenthal he was also shocked. My dentist showed me a scan and pointed out that what Dr. Rosenthal thought was a cracked tooth was actually the seam of a veneer. I'm so glad I didn't just rely on the first opinion!

I said "I'm sorry, what don't you have time for?" She barked "I already told you the price why do you need it emailed?" I can't imagine having a receptionist like Lisa that is too lazy to do the basic day to day tasks and treats her customers so poorly that they decide to take their $2000+ elsewhere. Never again.
