He got me the interview, prepped me on the company and what to expect, emailed me detailed instructions on the who, where, and when complete with some directions. His email also included a set of best practices for how to conduct the interview (but I think that is something they include in all such emails as it seemed kind of boilerplate, but still appreciated). After the interview, he worked late into the night talking between me and the employer on hammering out the details. I was excited about the job but also nervous about the commitment.
