Everything they say is a lie, they will repair nothing, and they do not take care of the properties, or the tenant's needs. The smallest repair is an uphill battle, your questions and requests are ignored or answered rudely. It's an incredibly efficient mix of arrogance and ignorance. From the Designated Broker broker down their words and promises mean nothing. They lie so often that getting caught in them does not phase them. Unless you are desperate, do NOT rent from these people unless you have a masochistic itch that needs regular scratching. After collecting a cleaning deposit from me I moved into a filthy, disgusting, mess of an apartment, and things went straight downhill from there. These are just a couple of pictures of the condition of the apartment after I was promised by Liela Perez that it would be cleaned for me. In violation of housing regulations there was no smoke detector in the unit, even though it was listed in the lease, and they would do nothing about it.

Their market knowledge, negotiation skills, and ability to coordinate every detail made the transaction completely seamless. They anticipated issues before they arose and ensured that every milestone was met without unnecessary stress or delays. What stood out most was the genuine care they showed for our family during such an emotional transition. WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY!…read more Signing up with Paradise Sales & Property Management was one of the worst decisions we have made as property owners. In just a few months, we experienced repeated communication problems, delayed responses, and unresolved repairs. We paid for a roof leak repair, only to later be told there was another leak. After deciding we no longer want to have this management company. Our tenant then informed us that the leak was in the same location, raising serious concerns about whether the original repair was done properly. We also paid for a toilet repair that, according to our tenant, was never completed. Three weeks later, the toilet was still left open and unrepaired. We learned this from the tenant NOT our property manager. Even MORE concerning, our tenant told us she had sent their office a letter from an attorney! We were never notified or given a copy. Property owners should not have to rely on tenants to find out about unresolved maintenance and important correspondence. We hired this company to oversee our properties and keep us informed. Instead, we spent our time chasing answers and discovering issues ourselves. We ended our relationship because we lost confidence in their management and lost our tenants do to that! Based on our experience I would absolutely not recommend this company!
