I was doing a last minute check-through of my bridesmaid's gown, and 'lo and behold--it was dragging on the floor. The length of the dress surpassed the height of my heels so I had a dilemma of buying higher heeled shoes (which is always a bad option when you're a servant of the bride) or get it trimmed. After being turned down by one tailor on Main st., I thankfully found this friendly dry cleaning business just off of Main st, and they were able to fix the length of the dress for me overnight. Not to mention they dry cleaned and pressed the dress for me. Sure it was super pricey--but, hey, I got what I was looking for and the dress was comfy enough to walk around all day and dance all night in. Next time I won't wait till the night before...

I was relying on this service and will not be coming back unless this situation is remedied. I had previous issues with a thrifted suit that had a stain and was not properly cleaned but I attributed the lack of cleaning to the delicate nature of the fabric. However, clearly the company just does not provide the quality of dry-cleaning that I am looking for. On another note, I have utilized their alterations service before and have not had any issues. Clearly their strengths lie in alterations and not proper cleanliness.

Cue to me walking tentatively into Lannie's for the first time on a Wednesday and meekly asking "Can this possibly be ready by Saturday?" My previous cleaner would take a week with tailoring...and there were times I would go to pick it up and it still wouldn't be ready. That woman was a lot friendlier than Lannie (also, I know that the woman who works there probably isn't named Lannie, but just go with it) but Lannie gets the job done.
