Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. Things feel steady now. After years of chaos and headaches, this kinda stability is worth way more than I thought it would be. Thank you Chambers.!

Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I don't feel stuck or unsure every time something small comes up, and that peace of mind alone is worth a lot. Thank you Chambers Property Management!

McPheeters & Associates - Boundary survey near Shaver Lake above Pine Ridge. We love what we do.

I must say, I was very disappointed with the services I received from McPheeters & Assoc., given…read morethe fact that I DID my research. They were not the cheapest bid I received, but right in the middle. I figured they were worth a shot ... Well, the reason residential properties would even consider a land surveyor is because you are having property line issues with your neighbors. So, they come out and tell you exactly where your property line lies. Yup! Not the case!! They came out, did their thing, and the land surveyor was in too much of a hurry to answer all my questions because he had to pick up his Grandson from school. So, when I followed up with questions regarding the property line, I receive an unprofessional attitude and a spiel saying: WE CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT TP DO! Ummmm, hello!! Yeah! You CAN'T tell me what to do, but you can sure make certain the property line markers are placed correctly!! I'm paying for a service that is NOT cheap!! You can STOP with the attitude. That is NOT to mention that when I finally get the owner to come out, sure enough! They confirm that the first line was measured wrong. However, by then, the mason had already dug the holes to put up my fence wall!! WHAT does this all mean??!! A huge cost to me as the owner because my wall is built 8-inches short of my property line AND front column was torn down based on the FIRST measurements McPheeters' provided. When placing a permanent wall, I assure you, all this matters!! To top matters off, the front portion was measured incorrectly, so bushes were not removed because we relied on the measurements McPheeter's first provided!! So, my fence wall is going to ZIG-ZAG ... Now, they did accept the fact that they made a mistake and placed NEW markers telling us where everything should be. Well, guess what?! We don't have the money to go thru and pay for the additional labor required to put our fence exactly where it belongs!! As it is, it's an expensive project!! The owner did offer to deduct something off my bill. In order to be fair and show a good-faith, I told her to deduct what she believes to be fair ... She only deducted $500, even though the property line and fence are not in-sync BECAUSE they measured wrong the first time around. I understand mistakes happen, but they HAVE TO improve on their customer service skills. If we hire professionals to do the job, it's BECAUSE WE don't know, so we rely on them. There shouldn't be DO-OVERS when it comes to land surveying. My recommendation? Go with a different firm. It doesn't really help to have $500 knocked off an invoice when you're left with a bigger mess than when you started and the invoice is still expensive ... And I hate to place such a negative review because small businesses rely on the community. However, as consumers, WE need to also know whom we're dealing with.

My brother acquired the home after the death of my mother in 2010 where he resided until his death. Doing this period of time, we came across some issues we thought had been resolved when our mother passed but unfortunately it became a nightmare for us. When we met Mr Hamel I felt like it was a blessing in disguise. I had contacted several other companies regarding the sale of the property because both me and another brother had our own homes. Some of the responses I received l felt was very inappropriate and discrediting however when I met Mr Hamel all my doubt decreased and I became hopeful again. When Mr Hamel met with me and my brother at the home, he appraised the home and came back immediately with an offer that was substantially higher than any offer received. Me and my brother discussed some problems that we were facing with the property and was at a lost since we had exhausted all our steps Mr Hamel immediately suggested some steps that we could take and through his suggestions and guidance we were able to resolve our matters and get the house recorded the way it was initially intended and the house sold. Hamel Construction is not just a Company in Business but it is a caring Company that puts the people first. I felt highly privileged to have had the chance to have worked with them and you will too.
