Mình đã bị cáo buộc là làm hồ sơ giả , hôn nhân không dựa trên tình cảm thật sự , nên lúc nào cũng bị từ chối đến cuộc hôn nhân thứ 3, khi mình gặp được người chồng hiện tại là người Mỹ trắng, mình được qua đến Mỹ theo diện hôn phu hôn thê k1, nhưng đến khi mình xin đổi qua thẻ xanh thì một lần nữa bị từ chối bởi vì nhân viên di trú Hoa Kỳ cáo buộc background của mình không đủ điều kiện để trở thành thường trú dân do mình đã từng làm hon nhân giả, sau khi phỏng vấn xin thẻ xanh tại Mỹ nhân viên di trú đã từ chối và cho mình thời gian 33 ngày để rời khỏi nước Mỹ. Lúc đó vợ chồng mình thực sự rất hoang mang sợ hãi lo lắng không biết phải làm gì. Thật ra sai lầm lớn nhất của mình là từ hôn nhân đầu tiên cho đến hôn nhân lần thứ ba chưa bao giờ mình thuê luật sư để hỗ trợ hồ sơ của mình , toàn là tự Ý hai vợ chồng điền đơn và làm mọi giấy tờ. Chính vì vậy mới gặp bao nhiêu là rắc rối và thất bại! The first time he represented my son he was a juvenile. What impressed me is he spoke to my son and listened to what he had to say. He treated him with respect. The first occasion my son was given some classes and the offense was dropped from his record. The next time we called upon Mr. Sullivan my son was now considered an adult and was being wrongfully accused by the police of evading detention. After Mr. Sullivan heard my son's side of the story he agreed to defend him. He asked us to provide our detailed account of the situation in writing and we did. When we had our first court hearing it was evident that the DA's office was not going to dismiss the case. Mr. Sullivan told my son that if he wanted to go to trial he would fight for him, but it was up to him. I appreciated him asking and fighting for my son! I believe the tenacity of Mr. Sullivan and his insistence on a jury trial are what finally persuaded the DA's office to dismiss charges for my son. Not only did this happen for our son, but the 3 other young men being wrongfully accused also were dismissed. So essentially Mr. Sullivan helped them all by listening, understanding and believing my son and then not allowing us to give up proving it to be a false accusation! I had a case of Assault - Bodily Injury (never been in trouble a day in my life) and Nancy Botts who handled my case did absolutely NOTHING in court for the amount of money I paid her. I paid a cash bond to get a court date which was the arraignment and when the date came, I seen a BIG red flag about Nancy who lied and withheld information from me. I should have walked away then but me always trying to see good in people I decided to go forth. Second court date came court began at 9:30, Nancy called me while still in the uber at 9:32 stating I am just going to sign paperwork and do an online course, and my case will be dismissed. Not realizing until I started reading the agreement it was a pretrial intervention not what I wanted or was looking forward too and Nancy never explained that it was a PTI, just baited me to sign paperwork for easy money. I feel like I was scammed. I arrived at court 15 minutes late because of uber. Nancy tells lies for a living, so she lied to her client and didn't inform me of nothing that happened while I wasn't there in court. Nancy never showed me any video evidence , she never spoke to me about my options, never fought for me as her client and just settled for easy money and made a poor decision on my behalf while I was not yet in court. She began to become very rude with and spoke to me very harsh. Had I would have known she was a court appointed attorney I would have never hired her. Please stay away from hiring Nancy, she will not go the extra mile for a dismissal and I regret I hired her and would have paid Mr. Sullivan whatever he asked for a dismissal which is the reason I called him in the first place because of the awesome reviews.
