Leading up to our trial for a custody/parental alienation case it seemed we were dealing with someone who was very busy as we received little communication. I get that's typical in the legal profession, we assumed he had a busy work load. However, we were also paying clients and did not feel that he fully grasped our situation. We reached out occasionally and sometimes get a response days later (if any). I will mention that we requested a call to discuss things around our trial date to ensure we were on the same page. He did make time for us the day before our court date. While we appreciated the contact, it was too late to add any evidence or possibly make changes to help our cause. Upon arriving the day of court, we heard him mention to us that some of the exhibits were turned in late. We had so much false hope for how things would go that day.
