Even under the best circumstances, selling your first home is an emotional experience. There are countless decisions to make, and success often depends on quick action, clear communication, and trust. While those qualities are essential, working with someone you genuinely like and can laugh with makes all the difference. Having had a poor experience with other brokers and hearing others talk about how valuable having the right person can be, it was really important to find the right fit. We interviewed several over the course of a few months.
Robbie was, without question, the best part of our experience. Whether it was late in the evening or while he was on a family vacation, he was always there when we needed him. If we needed a resource, he had one and would take the extra step of making sure the vendor was being responsive and needs were being met. If we needed advice, he thoughtfully walked us through the pros and cons of every option without ever pressuring us toward a particular decision. He was personally involved every step of the way and was regularly checking in, never overstepping and always making sure we were comfortable and informed. We wish there was a Robbie in every area of our lives - capable, professional, focused on the big picture and the small details, great sense of humor and just a pleasure to work with.
Robbie also represented us in the purchase of a new home and was incredibly skilled at balancing both transactions simultaneously. He kept everything moving smoothly, stayed on or ahead of schedule, and somehow managed to be in multiple places at once. His organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the process.
Although the purchase ultimately did not go through due to circumstances on our end, not his, one thing is certain: when we find the right home, we already know who we'll be calling. We genuinely look forward to working with Robbie again and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. read more
