He is in the process of bringing me back to life again because this time I have Bartonella, Mold exposure & Candida. Not surprisingly, it didn't help. So I called and asked for Phenergan with codeine. He refused. I'm a pharmacist for 30 years. This was a big mistake on his part and he wouldn't even admit it. My kids will not be seeing him again.
