Although Dr. Roba's service to her patients is exceptional, her billing department is well below acceptable. To start you cannot pay online, and they do not accept credit cards. They are "kind enough" to accept cash or checks. These are VERY antiquated methods of payment. My mother took cash down to her last appointment. She paid what they claimed she owed (with cash) and requested to pay for the appointment she was about to have, she was told she owed nothing. In typical fashion, she got a "FINAL NOTICE" because she did indeed owe for the appointment. It is VERY agitating to be told "your physician provided you service in good faith" and you are late paying them. This could not be further from the truth. Again, she tried to pay and was told she would not owe anything. This is a consistent practice at this office. Then this office makes it extremely difficult to pay! No worries. You will receive a "Final Notice" to let you know how wonderful Dr. Roba is and provided you a service "in good faith" but you need to pay per your "Final Notice". The WORST conducted billing process and department that I've experienced in my 57 years. read more
