This firm is completely incompetent. We used them for business and individual returns after an…read moreacquisition. They made so many errors it took days of my time, additional accountants, and other advisors to figure out the problems. They didn't do basic things like give us credit for taxes already paid. They made journal entries which were completely fictitious. Never did they ask us any questions. Multiple "juniors" in your system making changes. Always late filing with penalties due by me. Missed some taxes I was supposed to pay all together. Tried to escalate without any luck. Actually spoke to my lawyer to understand my options. Please don't make the same mistake. AVOID this firm at all costs - all they do is try and upsell you on more overpriced services that they don't deliver.
