I've never had any issues with the teachers or parents aside from the occasional fight or two that all kids get in as they grow up. Security here is A1 as well. You have to pass Biometrics and then a separate door with a passcode on a keypad. They do pick up from about 5 or 6 schools around West Knoxville and my daughters happened to go to one of those so that is very convenient. They have a specifically labeled bus. They also have a pretty cool summer program for kindergarteners and above filled with field trips and educational items. It is conveniently located and off the street of Kingston Pike in the Farragut area so anyone in West Knoxville will be happy. I definitely recommend this to any parent looking for a place but I know they are rarely free and always filled up which I suppose is a good thing. Kids won't stop and neither will this staff. The head director is pretty involved and asks me what we are doing daily and I know you don't always get that from staff at a childcare location. Highly recommend

They told us we could have our son come in the fall with no specific date and I called and the director was always on a bus route or not in office with no call back. I called in spring no answer and now it is almost end of summer and I just want my money back. We did not get a spot nor would I send my kid to this facility. I have now spoke with the director twice this week but she keeps blowing me off saying she need to speak to admin or name isn't in there database and it's always "I'll call you tomorrow." They have probably spent my money and this is ridiculous!!

Before considering Apostolic Christian Academy for day care, you must look at the cost per child…read moreand realize that the day care opens and closes on the area school schedule. So, if school is closed for in-service or a holiday, like president's day, the day care is also closed. This is a total inconvenience for those in careers that do not close for all federal holidays and school in-service. Also, your day care fees are not reduced those weeks that are shortened due to their decision to close. Not only do you have to pay full price for the day they choose to close, but you also have to find supplemental care that could be an added cost, or lose hourly pay if you have to stay home with your child.

I went here with a large group on what looked like a busy night. One of my family members has made several awesome things here. We had a great time (except for a portion of our party who was having a hard time for unrelated reasons, which was embarrassingly taken out on the staff who, ill say, handled it all very well - I wish I could have apologized + thanked them in person). They were exceptionally kind to me despite my hangriness and stayed positive throughout the hours of the evening - even overtime. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful. I would recommend this place to others.

I agree with her 100%. The only thing I will add to her review is this school is negligent in supervising of the children. Especially on the playground. My child was severely injured and has since been withdrawn. There is absolutely no diversity and they treat the teachers horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone so cares about the safety of their child.
