I was there from 630am to 4pm, they didn't admit her because toomey Covid cases in hospital. Dr Shin did her surgery. The nurses and staff was so helpful & friendly. Mask mandate and temperature checks in effect, security team helpful with Visitors Pass and directions. The cafeteria food good and reasonably priced & importantly Clean!! The gift shop staff helpful and very nice!! I bought her a Get Well Balloon and Purple Bear!! Highly recommend this hospital for your needs to!!!

A woman is admitted next to her with mild injuries fron a car accident. Back to the 1:15 a.m. mom calls me hysterical and sobbing Chris they are ordering me into a wheel chair and moving me to another room because my bypap is keeping the other patient awake. MOM WAS THERE FIRST. Mom refuses to get out of bed and I can hear Megan Chrge nurse on 3rd floor south telling her that they need her in the wheel chair. I yell onto my phone that she is not to move out of that bed. So mom was moved to another room. She was by the window so instead of moving the woman who was by the door they moved mom who was by the window. INCOMPETENCE IS NOT A STRONG ENOUGH WORD! Megan the 3 South nurse and Sarah the supervisor was condescending to me ,"sorry you feel that way" we did what was best for all the patients etc . I do not recommend this hospital from this day forward.

They let me know going out the door that a script I was on, they wanted to up the dose. Okay. That was a month ago, I have called that office or had them calling me a dozen times over this script. And here I still wait, been out of meds a month. Made my last call to them today to ask Dr. Hale to call me so I can explain why I have to change Doctors. Very unfortunate that patients are treated this way. It is like they expect US to do their jobs.

I usually see Dr…read more Grimmett (she's WONDERFUL) and I was scheduled for a Cystoscopy which got scheduled under Wyner. He spends 15 minutes man-splaining my issues to me and then refuses to do a scope! He deemed it "unnecessary" (I have had kidney and bladder issues for over 5 years, starting when I was 18, which have progressively gotten worse.) But apparently that's irrelevant because I'm "too young" and "not actively bleeding today". Would STRONGLY not recommend trusting him with your care!
