I had checked their Instagram out and loved the styles! When we arrived, the staff member had stepped out so we had to return ~20 minutes later to be let in. Upon entering, the shop was much smaller than I'd expected. The shop items were very cute, with cool designs and great options. I just wish there was more! There were probably 5-6 womens styles of shirts and hoodies, 6-8 mens styles, and a few hats. I would have loved to see more variety in colors and design: some I loved the design and not the color, and vice versa. They do offer one small changing room with a curtain, but with many people in a small space, a line starts to form fast. I ended up trying a hoodie on just in the store and guessed on the shirt. I ended up getting a soft t-shirt and SUPER soft hoodie for myself and a corduroy bucket hat for my brother. I had a bit of sticker shock at the register: these prices are not cheap! I had gotten accustomed to the NZ dollar pricing, but these were especially high. I will say, they are not skimping on the quality of materials! Service was a bit short and not as friendly as we'd found throughout NZ - they seemed a little annoyed by customer questions. But overall, a great spot for souvenirs you won't find at other shops! PS - there's a ROAM shop in Te Anau that is much bigger and great variety / changing rooms / customer service!

Well curated shop of beautiful womens' clothing and accessories. This is a "pre-loved fashion…read moreboutique" within a busy and touristy area of Queenstown but the inventory is mostly higher-end and designer brands in great condition. The items on hangers are tagged with colored balls to indicate small, medium, or large size so it's really easy to shop! Brilliant! Friendly service, great window displays.
