I had checked their Instagram out and loved the styles! When we arrived, the staff member had stepped out so we had to return ~20 minutes later to be let in. Upon entering, the shop was much smaller than I'd expected. The shop items were very cute, with cool designs and great options. I just wish there was more! There were probably 5-6 womens styles of shirts and hoodies, 6-8 mens styles, and a few hats. I would have loved to see more variety in colors and design: some I loved the design and not the color, and vice versa. They do offer one small changing room with a curtain, but with many people in a small space, a line starts to form fast. I ended up trying a hoodie on just in the store and guessed on the shirt. I ended up getting a soft t-shirt and SUPER soft hoodie for myself and a corduroy bucket hat for my brother. I had a bit of sticker shock at the register: these prices are not cheap! I had gotten accustomed to the NZ dollar pricing, but these were especially high. I will say, they are not skimping on the quality of materials! Service was a bit short and not as friendly as we'd found throughout NZ - they seemed a little annoyed by customer questions. But overall, a great spot for souvenirs you won't find at other shops! This location had more changing room space and the staff was super friendly as we visited. I had already purchased a few items at the other location so didn't buy here, but love the options. Their hoodies and shirts are super soft, and I love the corduroy bucket hats!

This is a good spot to check the local outdoor apparel scene. Yes they have the usual international…read morebrands, but they also carry local brands as well. For instance mons royale is a populate snowboarding brand and it is well represented here. The shop itself is in two parts. The one on the street corner is larger and has mainly apparel. Just down the street is an adjunct store with more sport equipment. Waneka is an athletic town so it is well filled with four seasons worth of sporting gear, but if you want to see what the locals are wearing, this is not a bad place to shop :-)
