BUYER BEWARE! I bought four plates from this store through Etsy. They were billed as in excellent…read morecondition, and I paid top dollar. When they arrived one was chipped and two had large scrapes across the design. They were well-packed, so clearly they were damaged from the start. I contacted Roland Dressler immediately, sent photos and he promised to make things right. He gave me various excuses via email and by phone for two months as I waited for replacement plates (which he claimed he had) and an OK to return the damaged plates. After three months I realized he was lying and wasn't going to do anything. I went to Etsy to post about my experience so others could be alerted. I was told you can't post about a purchase made from this store through Etsy after 60 days. I assume Roland knew that and stalled for time so I couldn't post. All very sad. I realize there are other vendors at this store, and they may be people of good will who give accurate info about their products and care about customer satisfaction. Roland Dressler (ID Connection) is not and does not. Consider yourself warned.
