We were extremely happy with the service we received at Roadmaster Service. I spoke with Jerry to schedule our appt for our Beaver MotorHome at 7:30am. We spent the night in their parking lot and had security come up to check us out. Ty! At 7am, the shop was open and I went in at about 7:20. Met Jerry and from what I observed he was extremely organized and in control. I appreciate that. They took our rig in at 7:40 and in 2.5 hours we received a call with the diagnosis. Our 12v system checked out. Though they didn't find/fix the problem, they eliminated an area. We were only charged for one hours time. We wouldn't hesitate to go back for service on our MotorHome. We are artists on our way to an art festival in Chicago when our power steering went out on our truck. We were lucky because we saw saw the Roadmaster Service Center and were able to pull right in. They had big rigs in every bay but they took the time to look at our truck right way. Then they fixed the leak with no problems and on top of that they refused any money. Now who does that? Date of trans : 07/16/22. Took my truck in for service, the business diagnosed the issue to be a bad radiator to be replaced. The first issue ordering the part which they ordered it from a dealership that costs $1200 they charged $2200 and when confronted them they said they only charge 20% extra on top of the parts that was ordered. the second issue they broke the hood brackets and when confronted them about it the tech said we have to close now come back later to get it fixed, when took it back in the manager said that's the tech issue to solve we will not stand behind it and you have to pay out of pocket for fixing it which will cost an additional $1000 and have to leave the truck for one week after charging total of $3648.64 The third issue the next day the truck overheated and was still leaking anti freeze again, took the truck back to Roadmaster INC and they said there was a leaking hose from our work and we fastened well. Left to find out the leak still exists took it a different shop to find out that it's the Water Pump that needed to be replaced and the radiator wasn't the issue, After replacing the Water Pump at a different service shop they found the following issues from the installation of the Radiator ( Broken Radiator Hose that they broke and by passed to close, Anti Freeze Container wasn't installed correctly all the screws were missing) i believe this is a ripoff to be charged $3648.64 for a service on a working truck to be told they charge 20% extra for a part and they end up charging almost double plus $1500 in labor that wasn't performed professionally and caused more issues and on top of it they broke the 2 hood brackets and didn't stand behind it that's an additional $1000 just because i decided to stop at this shop which unethical. Attached are receipts for the work that has been done to replace the water pump and will include a receipt later on for the issues that were caused by Road Master as it's currently in repair still. read more

Same engine, same batteries. NOTHING WAS DONE and I was charged $15,000+ Issue(s) Upon arriving to pick up my RV, it was in worse condition than when it arrived. All batteries were the same dead batteries which were installed when the RV was dropped off. The retractable steps were seized and no longer worked. They did when dropped off at Roadmasters. I brought to the attention of your mechanics while I was looking over the RV. They torching the steps, and removed parts to un-seize them, but did not fix them and now it is in need of additional repair due to being at Roadmasters. The mechanics refused to provide any documentation and quickly closed shop. As such, I was forced to tie up the steps myself to provide enough clearance to drive the RV. The AC did work when I dropped it off, but did not work upon picking it up. Other systems that worked before the RV was dropped off at Roadmasters include but are not limited to: The Camera system; The awning is damaged. The radio does not turn on; The driver side mirror is now broken and the mirror control system does not working anymore. The windshield is still shattered and appears to be more shattered than when I dropped it off. Rats had ransacked the RV and so spent an hour cleaning up soda cans and snacks left by the mechanics. The slides no longer work. Finally, the Engine, which was supposed to be a new engine costing the bulk of the $15k+, stalled out and smoked. You later admitted that it was a faulty motor which had issues in need of repair even after "repairing it". As a result the RV broke down in front of Wilson Homes of Arkansas, less than a mile from the Roadmasters. After opening up the engine bay and observing it and the batteries, it was confirmed that they are the same ones installed on the RV when it was brought to Roadmasters. All this after being assured it was fixed. Then three people were murdered in this very town where we had been stranded here for 7 days; now paying for hotels and food expenses due to being told this was fixed and finding out otherwise. At this point I had to stop inventorying the losses because they were causing panic attacks from the shock of being charged over $15k to have a more broken RV than when it arrived. Honestly I can't find a single thing that is better on the RV since it arrived at Roadmasters. I am unsatisfied with what was done at this shop and the RV is in worse condition than when it arrived. read more

Should have a ZERO when it comes to rating companies. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION AND CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH SERVICE!!!!! Their mechanics lack the ability to read from a computer machine the differences between an ECM vs FUSE or if it was out of diesel, he stated. To make matters worse, the owner had the audacity to get on the line and con us out of more money for a simple fix. Nevertheless, this location lack integrity, mechanic skills, honesty, customer service, and proper billing for what's actually wrong. They will not stand behind their work. I paid 3 thousand dollars to have a repair done to my car and a couple days later one of the parts they installed broke and destroyed my engine. They told me the part came from the dealership and that the dealership wouldn't pay for the engine so it wasn't their problem. read more

This is the worst experience with road side service I have ever gone through. If you want to be taken advantage of, lied to and then threatened to have your car towed than this is your place! I had an employee with a flat tire five miles from their shop and they charged me over $550.00, for a flat tire replacement. 100% mark up on the cheapest tire they could buy at Walmart and three hours of labor charge for 30 minutes of work. No communication to me with a quote or any heads up as to costs. I get a call after he's slapped a tire on there and driven all over searcy on my dime to buy a tire from Walmart just to mark up a sell to me. Trust me, look elsewhere. You expect to pay more in a situation like this but they take you for everything they can and then lie to your face about it. read more

Crooked shop they're nice at first when you initially call but in the end will rip you off. Called them over the weekend for service mobile guy name Justin went out and diagnosed my truck needing new dozer valve they got the part and once done charged $1200 and said truck still not fixed doesn't know the problem his codes were coming up needing dozer valve but still not working said needed to go to dealer. We put our truck in dealer they diagnosed truck same thing saying dozer valve told them we just got new one in they said no it's no good to call mobile. Called them and they said I had to talk to Colton there manager I explained what happened to him he said he would figure it out called me back said that same dealer is who they bought the part from and now shifted blame on dealer saying they sold them a faulty part said he would call them himself and sort it out and get them to put good one in for free. Gave him an hour before I called dealer back and when I spoke to them they said they didn't sell a dozer valve to mobile that day they sold them an after treatment injector called Colton back he tried saying no he knows what they're doing and told me give him til the next day to talk to there contact at dealer and sort this out. Next day called him back about 4 times no answer called dealer they said they didn't talk to him at all called Colton back again about 5 times he finally answered claimed he was on the phone with dealer I told him let's three way together so we're all on same page he said ok hold on and hung up. Tried getting through to him again he finally answered and apologized said yes dealer sold them wrong part and he's working on getting us refunded for what we paid for. Gave him another hour when I called dealer and spoke to multiple people in multiple departments and none of them has heard from him and don't know anything. Called him back and again no answer at all. We couldn't keep my driver out there any longer so we paid $2300 to dealer to fix our truck and when I got ahold of Colton again after we fixed it he tried saying they did sell him a dozer valve and he isn't able to reimburse anything. Dealer even told us they did not sell a dozer valve to this guy but they sold him an after treatment injector that was only around $150 and the dozer valve they claimed to buy was almost $500. Never use these people at all ripped us off if they are a true mechanic shop they should know the difference in parts and shouldn't treat people like this. read more
