He and his crew could not have been more professional or competent. They did a superb job and literally got it right down to 1/8 of an inch! They were courteous, pleasant, and hard-working, and did everything right. This was probably one of the smallest jobs they've done, but they handled it as if I was their #1 customer. I could not be more pleased. I recommend them without reservation.

I then waited more than three weeks for the work to begin, while receiving different explanations for the delays along the way. After approximately four weeks, I was ultimately informed that your company was unable to complete the job. If you were unable to take on the project, I would have appreciated being told at the outset so that I could have contacted another contractor and avoided losing several weeks. The issue is not simply that the job could not be completed. I understand that circumstances can change. The problem was the lack of timely and consistent communication, which left me waiting for weeks and prevented me from making alternative arrangements. I found this experience extremely frustrating and believe it could have been handled much more professionally.
