I called them for the first time, and also for the last time. Horrible Customer Service, I have never seen anything like this, EVER.
The first lady receiving my call was nice and correct, and told me my taxi would take 15 minutes.
My taxi driver NEVER made it to Gatwick's North Terminal, I waited for my taxi 20 minutes and then I decided to call again to check if everything was alright and there was no confusion about where I was getting picked up.
The same nice lady answered my call again and informed me my taxi should be there at the moment, just then i was receiving a second call from my taxi driver with number 07474238268.
I told this girl I was getting this call and said goodbye, then picked my taxi driver call.
He told me he was in Atlantic House. I told him I was in Jubilee House, and that Atlantic House is a whole different terminal. He got quiet and asked me if I could go there.
I couldnt believe it, after working the whole day and waiting like 20-25 minutes to get a taxi home I was getting asked to go to the South Terminal and then make my way to Atlantic House.
With all my respect I told my taxi driver I was in the North Terminal, at Jubilee House, and I had ordered to taxi to pick me up exactly there.
He then asked me if a taxi could pick up people there, so I answered that indeed it can.
Between 10 and 15 minutes my taxi hadnt arrived, I decided to call again to the call centre.
This time a man answered my call, it was around 1:30 pm. I told him what was happening and that I was still waiting for my taxi, then he told me my taxi was already in the airport, so again I told him I was in the North terminal, at Jubilee House, which is the place I ordered my taxi to, and that the taxi driver never made it there.
The he repeated the taxi was in the airport, and I explained myself again telling him there are two different terminals and I was in the North Terminal at Jubilee House meanwhile my taxi driver was at Atlantic House in the South Terminal.
This person just hung up the call, leaving me extremely frustrated, astonished, unable to understand why did he hung up when I was being polite in every moment.
I tried to call the taxi driver, but he never got my call.
So finally, after loosing more than 40 minutes I decided to make my way to the South Terminal and wait for the next train, something I really wanted to avoid since I was really exhausted.
So Thanks to Roadrunners I arrived to my home 1:40 minutes after I was suposed to, absolutely upset and frustrated and unable to sleep for the next few hours due to this.
Its absolutely unacceptable, I cant believe the consumers Unions are not working against this NO SCRUBS Taxi company. read more
