Bought a brand new truck and had a sleeper put on and paid Buster the owner 25k for the sleeper for him to be rude and cuss me out TWICE for asking for updates on my truck that he pushed back three times! He cussed me out once for loosing money on this build due to prices increasing since I had signed a contract 6 months prior. Price increases have nothing to do with me and we agreed upon a price, so why he was mad and cussing me is not my problem. There were rust spots and scratches on the paint and for 25k I expected better. The window seal is already coming apart and I haven't even owned it for a week. Quite disappointed really for the owner to treat a paying customer this way and the quality to be questionable. Don't waist your money and time to be disrespected and the product to be subpar. read more

I had to get a new motor put into my car and I was told this was the place to go. In November of…read more2022. I bought a new motor through Oriellys on 10th St in Grennville.( they were great). Capital Auto is a father and son shop the one in Greenville is ran by Shane Mclawhorn. My cars motor went backbout on Feb.22,2023, only two months of me getting it back in Dec. 2022. Shane tried to say bc there was no oil, but they later found out it was a oil leak. So I waited for two months and they never started to replcae my engine mind you Im under a warrenty with them and the motor co. They "lost" my reciept and suddenly went back on their word of repairing my vehicle bc I kept calling to see the progress. The owner Mr. Mclawhorn said he would do it in Ayden then he quickly renigged for no apparent reason. He rudly told me to get my car off his property. I did so and found another machanic in April, which was extremly hard bc of the warranty. When he finished he found that my motor went out do to neglegince of the machanics at Capital Automotives. The screws were not tightened on the flywheel which eventually broke off and dammaged my new motor! Now Shane is still saying hes not responsible for anything and threatening me with charges of harrassment bc I sent him pics of the damage they caused. The pictures dont lie and I really may end this in court if they dont comply with myself or the motor company. Even the people they work with on a daily basis talk about how rude they are and have adviced me to take it to court. The pictures are the flywheel and the bolts that came off bc no one went back to tighten the screws.

Anybody who knows me know I'm about doing things right. But there's no way I could allow what…read morehappened today to go by and say nothing. Lowriders in Goldsboro where this gentleman is the owner should be your last place to have about work done on your vehicle. This gentleman came to my home to check out my van and after 5 seconds told my wife he knew exactly what the issue was. (Lie number one). Took my van to his shop and called that afternoon saying it was ready and had be repaired. I get there and my van is already running which was strange to not allow me to start it myself but I trust his word that it was fixed. I get home, turn it off, attempt to start it and it is doing the exact same thing as before it was worked on. Mind you I had already paid $125 for the tow and $450 for the service. I immediately call the shop at and inform this gentleman that my van was still doing the exact same thing he claimed he repaired. He comes to my home the next day and I watch him on my home security cam and see him have to jump my van to get it back to his shop. He calls my wife a tells her at my home he got it to start right up. (Lie number two). He then says it's a wire that was burned out going to the starter which the starter was brand new. An hour later he says it's the clip for the wire the goes to the starter. Thirty minutes later he says it's the starter itself. I take the starter to the parts store and get another one. He calls today saying it's fixed. I go to get it and he says I owe him another $150. At this point I'm beyond hot. I ask what did the $450 he was already paid fix? He can't answer the question, just keeps saying it's fixed now. I wouldn't let the gentleman fix a tire on a Tonka truck. Please don't lose money with this fake mechanic. I'm not the only person who has be ripped off by him from what I was told by a reliable source today. And if you really know me, you know this is not something I do, but I would feel horrible if someone else was ripped off like I was.
